This is a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager with experience in the aerospace sector to further to develop this growing business. As the Sales Manager UK After Market & MRO you will be reporting directly to the Sale Business Director, functionally to the head of the MRO business line. The Sales Manager UK After Market & MRO will be the focal point within the organisation at a transnational level for business development and sales activities concerning the Aerospace after market and MROactivities.

The overall goal of the position of Sales Manager UK After Market & MRO is to

·identify and promote the development of proprietary products within this business

·reach a recurring annual business of ca. 3 M€ by 2022

·develop business in the After Market and MRO sector, focusing on Repairs, Liveries, Structural overhaul Cabin overhaul and Connectivity

The role of Sales Manager UK After Market & MRO will require you to

· be the lead for bid activity across all Product Streams, co-ordinating the commercial, engineering and quality inputs and drafting bids / proposals.

· prepare and present relevant data to existing and prospective clients.

· progress bid submissions through successful bid closure and PO receipt.

· manage customer interfaces in conjunction with the Commercial and Engineering functions and to take a lead role in building positive client working relationships and high levels of customer satisfaction which retain established business and lead to possible repeat business.

· support the organisation’s transnational business development.

· lead the Bid / No Bid decision process.

· identify and manage risks.

· support the Business Director in business plan development.

· support the MD and other managers with administrative requirements as required.

· develop, maintain and support the relevant aspects of the company’s quality management system.

· develop, maintain and support the relevant aspects of the company’s health and safety policy.

· develop, maintain and support a continuous improvement philosophy.

Challenges & Responsibilities

·Constitute a comprehensive and competitive MRO offer.

·Coordinate transnational teams to the pursuit of one unique goal concerning this business

·Work alongside the various activity managers, supporting the distribution of workload between the various sites, in order to meet customers’ expectations on price, quality and expertise

·Sales and marketing of MRO offer at a global level.

·Accountable for revenues stream of this activity, globally.

·Contributor to the EBIT.

·Adherence and support of internal processes.
